Tickets go on sale for Tullamore Show this August
The six-month countdown is approaching to this year's Tullamore Show and FBD National Livestock Show, with tickets now on sale for the country's biggest one-day agricultural event which is returning to Butterfield Estate on Sunday, August 9.
The 2026 iteration will have a tough act to follow, with last August's show described by organisers at the time as "the best ever" with a record attendance in the region of 70,000.
Trade applications for this year are now open, and tickets, priced €20/€15, can be purchased on the Tullamore Show website.
Described as providing "a truly authentic cultural experience in the Midlands," the Tullamore Show offers a broad range of competitions, attractions and live entertainment.
Speaking at the show's AGM last month, chairperson John Keena said: "The success of the show is down to the site owners, landowners, local services, the media, various heads of section, sponsors, stewards, volunteers, and all who worked tirelessly to bring the show to its fruition, resulting in record attendance figures.
"All of which cements our status as the largest one-day lifestyle event."
