New CEO announced for Tullamore recruitment firm

A Tullamore-based recruitment business that has grown into a multi-million euro international group has appointed former Brightwater Managing Director Gareth Fleming as its new CEO and announced plans to create 20 new jobs over the next three years.

AllPro People Group, which began as a recruitment firm and now supports organisations across a range of workforce services, has formally brought its group of companies under a single structure as it prepares for its next phase of expansion.

Founder David Gleeson will move into the role of Chairman and will remain actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the business.

The group operates across AllPro Recruitment, Zylo Talent, ORC HR Consultants and Carter Finch, delivering services to clients in sectors including healthcare, office support, manufacturing, public sector, construction, technology and financial services. From its Midlands base, the business has developed an international delivery capability spanning Ireland, the Middle East and South Africa and now reports a multi-million euro turnover.

The appointment of Fleming is seen as a significant step in the company’s growth, bringing in one of the best-known figures in Ireland’s recruitment and talent advisory sector. He brings more than 20 years’ experience and previously served as Managing Director of Brightwater, one of the country’s most established recruitment firms.

As part of its next phase, the company has also confirmed plans to create 20 new roles over the next three years, with a focus on supporting continued growth across its core markets and expanding its service offering.

David Gleeson, Founder and Chairman, said: “What we’ve seen over the past number of years is that the challenges businesses face around people have become far more complex. Hiring is only one part of it.

"We’ve built each of these businesses to solve different parts of that problem, and they’ve all performed strongly in their own right. Bringing them together under one group structure is about making that support more joined up and more practical for clients.

"Bringing Gareth into the role of CEO is a major step for the business. He brings significant experience, a strong reputation in the market and a clear understanding of where the industry is heading.

"The plan to grow the team over the coming years is an important part of that. We’re proud to be building the business from the Midlands and continuing to create opportunities locally as we expand.”

Gareth Fleming, Group CEO, said: “Each of the businesses has built real momentum, and bringing them together allows us to offer something much more complete to the market.

"Clients are no longer looking for standalone services. They need joined-up thinking across talent, HR and workforce infrastructure, and that is what we are now set up to deliver. This is a strong platform to build from. There is a real opportunity to grow the business further across our existing markets and into new regions, while continuing to invest in the team.”

The company said the new leadership structure reflects both its growth to date and increasing demand from clients for more integrated support as they scale across multiple regions.
