Cast announced as Clara musical society production edges closer

The eight performers has been announced as preparations start to ramp up for Clara Musical Society's first of two productions for the 2026/27 season.

'Dear Evan Hansen' will be held at Esker Arts Centre, Tullamore between September 19 and 22, ahead of a larger ensemble musical next April. It will be the first time ever for the Clara society to put on two productions in the same season.

Ahead of recent auditions for the roles in 'Dear Evan Hansen', the society described the upcoming show as 'a unique opportunity to be part of an intimate and powerful production', with a cast of just eight performers and no ensemble.

The following performers has been selected for 'Dear Evan Hansen': Rían Fitzmaurice Condron (Evan Hansen), Aoife Digan (Zoe Murphy), Stephen Keegan (Conor Murphy), Sinéad Handy (Cynthia Murphy), Joe Steiner (Larry Murphy), Amanda Cunningham (Heidi Hansen), Cian Sweeney (Jared Kleinman), Laoise Flanagan (Alana Beck).
