Local teenagers praised as community centre musical approaches

The St Mary's Youth & Community Centre, based in Tullamore, has praised its young members as tickets continue to sell fast for its upcoming production of '9 to 5: The Musical'.

The musical will take place at the community centre from September 3 to September 5, with young, local members of the organisation making up the show's cast.

The committee at the centre said that rehearsals are 'going brilliantly'.

'Our talented teenage cast have been putting in months of hard work, dedication and enthusiasm to bring this much-loved musical to life. From the incredible songs to the energetic choreography, it's shaping up to be a show you won't want to miss', the committee said.

'Every ticket sold helps support St Mary's Youth & Community Centre and allows us to continue providing affordable youth clubs, programmes and opportunities for young people in our community.

Come along, support our amazing cast, enjoy a fantastic night of live theatre and help us continue making a difference for the young people of Tullamore and the surrounding areas', it added.
