Recruitment firm with Tullamore base takes top prize at national awards

FRS Recruitment, which has a branch in Tullamore, won the overall award for 'Large Agency of the Year' at the annual Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF) Recruitment Awards for 2025 last Friday.

The company also retained its award, for the second year running, in the 'Best in Practice: IT, Telecoms & Technology' category.

The 2025 ERF Awards were deliberated on by an expert judging panel which included Paul Muldoon and Gavin Duffy.

FRS Recruitment is Ireland’s leading recruitment agency. In addition to its base in Tullamore, it operates nine other branches in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Kerry, Cavan, Galway, Kilkenny Portlaoise and Roscrea.

The annual ERF awards were held in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin on Friday, November 28.

The event recognises the leading Irish recruitment agencies and firms with 50 or more staff which can demonstrate exceptional expertise and success in the sector.
