Offaly house prices rise by 6.6% in 2025, averaging €275,000
House prices in Offaly have seen a significant rise in 2025, with prices for three-bedroom semi-detached houses climbing by 6.6%.
The average price of a home in the county reached €275,000 by the final quarter of the year.
This increase in Offaly comes as the national average saw a 5.5% rise in house prices throughout 2025, according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report, released on Friday, January 2.
Meanwhile, the national average for a three-bed semi-detached home stood at just over €423,000.
