Two Offaly MACE stores recognised for retail excellence

Two Offaly based MACE stores were recognised at the recent MACE Excellence Awards for achieving exceptional standards in retailing.

The event was held at Lawlor’s Hotel in Naas, Kildare, and hosted by BWG Foods, owners and operators of the MACE brand in Ireland.

The Offaly stores recognised at the event include Lambe's MACE in Clara, and Mann's MACE in Tullamore.

This year’s MACE Excellence Awards, held in association with Solution Management Associates (SMA), are presented only to MACE stores that successfully complete an intensive, year-long inspection programme.

This includes two unannounced audits, an SMA audit, and a BWG Foods safety audit conducted in conjunction with globally recognised assurance partner LRQA.
