Tullamore Toastmasters present club awards

Tullamore Toastmasters presented its end of season awards last week at its final meeting of the club year.

The award winners were: Dan Dold – Toastmaster of the Year; Catherine Ryan – Education Pathway Completion; Charles Malone – The Marathon Speaker; Martin Kehoe – Best New Member; Donna Ryan – Most Enthusiastic New Member; Eileen Fleming – The Positive Reinforcer; Francis Keenan – Master Encourager; Gary Lambden – The Fearless Novice; Gregory Doorley – Breakthrough Performer; Gretta Flynn – Pillar of Permanence; Julie Daly – Most Enthusiastic Member; Oisín McCasey – Service Award; Timothy Green – The Human Thesaurus; Ursula Mulhall – The Heart of the Club

The awards were presented by Club President Timothy Green, while Charles Malone, Immediate Past President, presented Timothy’s award.

There will be no gatherings in July or August. Meetings resume in September, held on the second and fourth Thursdays — first meeting back is Thursday, September 10, followed by September 24.
