Maher steps down as Offaly senior camogie manager

Offaly senior camogie manager Jack Maher has stepped down from his role following the conclusion of the county's championship campaign.

Maher was appointed team manager in September 2025 having played a pivotal role as head coach in guiding Offaly to All Ireland intermediate championship success in 2025.

Offaly maintained their senior championship status for 2027 with victories over Wexford and Dublin in the group phase of the competition and also solidified their place in Division 1B for next year's league campaign.

A social media post issued by the Executive of the Offaly Camogie County Board confirmed Maher's decision, thanking the departing manager for all his "hard work" during his three years with the team.

"Under Jack's guidance we have retained our senior status in the championship and also Division 1B league.

"We wish Jack and all his backroom team the very best of luck in the future," the Executive of the Offaly Camogie County Board added.
