Edenderry Gardaí seize vehicle with no tax or insurance

A vehicle has been seized by Gardaí in Edenderry for having no tax or insurance during a series of high-visibility patrols on Friday,

In a social media post, Gardai said the vehicle was seized under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act during a checkpoint for having no tax or insurance.

Gardaí attached to Edenderry Garda Station carried out high visibility patrols over the course of Friday (August 14).

The Grand Canal Greenway was also patrolled by mountain bike, with members taking the opportunity to meet with Edenderry Canoe Club.
