TUS confirms conferring ceremonies to proceed

Published:

TUS has confirmed that its conferring ceremonies will proceed as planned later this month.

The graduation ceremonies are taking place on the Athlone campus on Tuesday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 28 and on the Moylish campus in Limerick on Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30.

In a statement to the Westmeath Independent today, TUS said: "All conferring ceremonies are going ahead as scheduled."

The confirmation comes in the wake of a number of third level institutions nationally deferring or cancelling planned graduation ceremonies.
