Housing plans revealed for Ferbane

A plan for 24 new homes in Ferbane has been signalled.

Samleigh Properties Ltd is looking for approval to build 16 semi-detached two-storey homes and four semi-detached bungalows at Ballyvora, Ferbane.

Another four detached bungalows also form part of the proposals, along with a service road, footpaths, grass margins, public lighting, and open space.

The development would connect into the mains water, stormwater, and foul water services within the adjacent Ard Glas estate, and to connect existing services on-site and adjacent site boundaries.

Offaly County Council will deliver a verdict on the Ferbane development plans by November 24.
