Two Offaly stores honoured at Londis retailing excellence awards

Two Londis stores in Offaly were among the top-performing retailers honoured at the Londis Retailing Excellence Awards 2025, which were held recently at the Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort in Gorey, Wexford.

The event, hosted by BWG Foods, owners and operators of the Londis brand in Ireland, recognised the outstanding achievements in retail excellence of Londis' nationwide network of community retailers.

Among those honoured were Offaly retailers Aidan and Elaine Flynn, of Flynn's Londis in Clara, and Orla and Ciaran Doolan of Doolan’s Londis in Kilcormac.

Organised in partnership with independent evaluators Solution Management Associates (SMA), the awards celebrate Londis retailers who have demonstrated "exceptional standards in areas such as fresh food quality, product range, store presentation, and customer service."

Each winning store underwent a comprehensive assessment to ensure they met the highest benchmarks in Irish convenience retailing.

Conor Hayes, Sales Director at Londis, congratulated the winners, saying: "Since their launch in 2015, the Londis Retailing Excellence Awards have celebrated retailers who go above and beyond in delivering quality, service, and innovation.
