Share some positivity on National Compliment Day!
Today (Thursday, September 25), is National Compliment Day, and Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health, is urging the Midlands public to participate by sharing a compliment and making a donation to support young people's mental health.
In partnership with Starbucks, Jigsaw is using the power of positivity to raise vital funds for its free, confidential mental health support services for 12 to 25 year olds across the Midlands region and nationwide.
"Something as simple as giving a compliment can have a ripple effect. It not only lifts the person receiving it, but it boosts the wellbeing of the giver too. By taking part in National Compliment Day, you’re helping to spread kindness while funding life-changing support for young people," Justin McDermott of Jigsaw, said.
How to get involved today and this weekend:
Share a Compliment - spread positivity and lift someone’s spirits today.
Make a Donation - visit any Starbucks store nationwide today or over the weekend to donate to Jigsaw, or donate online at www.jigsaw.ie/give.
Every euro donated goes directly towards providing essential, early-intervention mental health services for young people.
