Aura Tullamore receives ‘outstanding’ rating at Active National Quality Standard Awards

Aura Tullamore has been awarded the top-level ‘Outstanding’ gold level rating at the Ireland Active National Quality Standard (NQS) Awards 2025, the most prestigious accolade in the Irish leisure and fitness industry.

The NQS Awards, independently audited and awarded by Ireland Active, are the national quality standard for the leisure, health, and fitness sector, recognising excellence in safety, hygiene, customer care, and operational standards.

The ‘Outstanding’ rating is the highest (Gold) level achievable, reflecting the exceptional quality, professionalism, and dedication of the teams at both centres.

This achievement highlights Aura’s ongoing commitment to providing safe, welcoming, and high-quality environments for all members and visitors.

The award also celebrates the tireless efforts of the staff and management teams who continuously strive to improve the customer experience and maintain the highest operational standards.

Speaking about the achievement, Gerard Morgan, Group Health & Safety Manager, said: “We are incredibly proud of the team at Aura Tullamore for achieving the top ‘Outstanding’ rating. It’s a reflection of their hard work, passion, and commitment to excellence. Their focus on safety, quality, and community impact truly sets a standard for the industry.”

The NQS Awards add to an incredible month for the company as it was once again confirmed as a Great Place to Work, as well as picking up accolades at the NISO Awards 2025.
