Man released by gardai investigating Edenderry murder

A 19-year-old man has been released without charge by gardai investigating the murder of Thomas 'Toddy' Dooley in Edenderry.

The man, who was being detained at Tullamore garda station, was released yesterday evening (Thursday).

A file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Gardai are continuing to detain two men aged 19 and 24 at Birr and Portlaoise garda stations.
