Get the inside track on the new Pat Shortt show

Comedian Pat Shortt is appearing in Birr for two nights only next week, performing two preview shows in advance of a planned 2009 nationwide tour entitled The Hall. Shortt"s one-man incorporates new characters as well as some of his favourites from D"Unbelievables shows. Expect guest appearances from Cllr Maurice Hickey and of course showband man Dicksie Walsh, who sang 'The Jumbo Breakfast Roll' which was a number one hit in Ireland for six weeks with sales going four times platinum. Indeed, Dicksie is back with a new song about the credit crunch and the property crash, to cheer us all up in time for Christmas.
