Edenderry GAA Notes

UNDER-12 SEMI-FINAL Edenderry's under-12 footballers will play Ferbane/Belmont this Saturday morning 12th September in Cappincur at 11.30am. Edenderry have had mixed results so far in the Championship, but on the evidence of some of their games they played, they definitely have the ability to really give Ferbane/Belmont a good game. JUNIOR HURLING QUARTER-FINAL Edenderry's hurlers will play Killeigh this Saturday 12th September in the Junior Hurling quarter-final in Gracefield at 5pm. FR McWEY PARISH LEAGUE FINALS This Sunday 13th September, the finals of the Irish Stationary Supplies sponsored Fr McWey Parish Leagues take place in the GAA field. The 'B' and 'A' finals will then follow, before the presentations, which take place in the hall at approximately 4pm. UNDERAGE HURLING KILKENNY TRIP Last Friday evening a group of underage hurlers from Edenderry travelled to Kilkenny to watch the All-Ireland Hurling Champions train before last Sunday's final against Tipperary.
