This week's Late Late Show lineup revealed

The lineup for this week’s Late Late Show has been revealed, and it includes hurling royalty, a famous football manager and an outspoken broadcaster.

Henry Shefflin will talk to Ryan about his work with Focus Ireland, moving to management, and this year's unique hurling championship.

The daughters of Thin Lizzy frontman Phil Lynott, Sarah and Cathleen Lynott, will be talking about a new documentary about their father, and how has was proud of where he came from. Rising Irish-Sierra Leonean singer-songwriter Loah will also take to the stage with a spellbinding performance of Thin Lizzy’s Dancing in the Moonlight.

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will discuss his career in top-flight soccer management, and his encounters with Roy Kean, Alex Ferguson and Thierry Henry.

Outspoken ITV presenter Piers Morgan will give his views on topics such as “hysterically woke liberals,” as well as Boris Johnson and Donald Trump.

Rob Kearney, star of Leinster and Irish rugby, will tell Ryan why he is hoping for Joe Biden to win the US Presidential Election. He will also speak publicly for the first time about how a family tragedy has been the driving force behind some of his proudest sporting moments.

Celebrity architect Dermot Bannon will discuss how the pandemic has changed how we all live at home and our evolving needs when it comes to design.

Finally, Irish band Wild Youth will perform their latest single, Next To You, and speak with Ryan about their work with Shine a Light for Focus Ireland.

The Late Late Show will air at 9.35pm on RTE One on Friday night.
