Tullamore Gardai investigating afternoon burglaries in local estates

Gardai in Tullamore are investigating "a number of burglaries" which took place in local estates during the day yesterday (Thursday).

They said the break-ins occurred in Norbury Woods, Tullamore and Castlewood Cottages, Geashill.

Officers are hoping to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious in Norbury Woods between 3pm and 4pm yesterday, or Castewood Cottages between 12pm and 4pm.

They are also interested in hearing from anyone who has dashcam footage taken in the two areas during the times in question.
