Memorable night in Tullamore as Offaly book place in U20 Leinster final

A crowd of over 6,000 assembled at Glenisk O'Connor Park in Tullamore yesterday (Wednesday) evening to see Offaly book a place in the Leinster U-20 hurling championship final.

After previously overcoming Galway, the Faithful men produced another terrific semi final display to see off Dublin on a scoreline of 1-19 to 2-12.

Offaly will now play Wexford in the provincial decider next Wednesday evening (May 17), as they bid to win a first Leinster title at this grade in 23 years.

Offaly GAA sponsors Glenisk gave out free yogurts to young fans at yesterday's game and ran a competition for free Offaly gear. The winners are pictured here:
