TG4 to show Offaly hurlers as part of Allianz League live coverage

The Offaly senior hurlers' trip to face Wexford in the Allianz League next month will be shown live on TG4.

The Roinn 1A Round 2 fixture at Chadwicks Wexford Park will take place on Saturday, February 10, and the TG4 cameras will be there as part of its extensive coverage of the upcoming national football and hurling leagues.

It was announced yesterday (Wednesday) that TG4 will be showing a total of 42 Allianz football and hurling league games this year.

Its football league coverage begins with the meeting of Dublin and Monaghan on January 27, while the hurling coverage will begin with Dublin against Tipperary a week later.

The Offaly hurlers' league campaign gets underway with a home fixture against Waterford on Sunday, February 4.
