Tullamore Gospel Choir for RTE Mass

Members of Tullamore Gospel Choir will participate in one of their most important engagements to date this weekend when they sing at a mass to be televised live from the RTE Studios in Donnybrook.

The mass, which will be celebrated by Fr Shane Crombie, goes out live this Sunday morning, June 19, at 11.10am on RTE 1. It will also be available on the internet for those with relatives living abroad who would like to see it.

Tulllamore Gospel Choir will sing a number of gospel pieces as part of the mass, and will also sing three responses that have been specially composed for the occasion by Choir Musical Director Brendan Keeley.

Meanwhile the choir are due to begin recording their second album later this week, which is due for nationwide release later in the year.
