'Ever After' variety show at Esker Arts Tullamore

The junior stage school students from the Clara based Handy Theatre Company will showcase their talents in the variety show 'Ever After' which performs at Esker Arts Tullamore from Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19.

'Ever After' features well known toe tapping songs from Peter Pan, Wicked, Tangled and many more.

It is a show for all the family with a number of fairytale characters appearing throughout its duration and will also feature Honk Jr., a musical retelling of the Hans Christen Anderson story The Ugly Duckling.

With a powerful score, this musical is set in the countryside, and features Ugly, a duckling, who is rejected by all but his mother, a sly tomcat who wants to eat Ugly, and other barnyard creatures.

Honk Jr. reminds us that being different is something to celebrate. It also teaches that kindness and acceptance help everyone feel they belong.

The show will be performed at 7pm on Friday and Saturday nights with Sunday's show starting at 5pm.
