Fundraising campaign launched in memory of Tullamore man

The friends of one of Tullamore's most loved and respected sports administrators, who passed away earlier this year, has set-up a fundraising campaign in aid of Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The late Willie Egan (Spollanstown, Tullamore) passed away in September and is remembered in the community as a great character who was former long-time secretary of Tullamore Town Football Club and Tullamore Golf Club. He was also a big supporter of Offaly and Tullamore GAA.

Now, 'The Friends of Willie Egan' has set-up an justgiving page in his memory, with all proceeds raised going towards the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.
